Keaton Pewter
Litigation Associate
Keaton Pewter is an Associate Litigation Lawyer at Friedman Estate Litigation, where he practices in the areas of estate, capacity and civil litigation.
Keaton obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Huron University College at the University of Western Ontario. He then attended law school at Queen Mary University of London in London, England, where he earned his LL.B. degree.
Following law school, Keaton returned to Canada to pursue a Master of Laws (GPLLM) at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law.
Keaton completed his articles at a leading boutique estate litigation firm in downtown Toronto where he developed his knowledge and expertise by focusing strictly on estate, trust, and capacity litigation. During this time, he gained experience assisting on a wide range of complex estate disputes, including will challenges, guardianship matters, and fiduciary litigation.
Keaton is committed to providing practical, results-oriented advocacy and guiding clients through what are often emotionally and legally complex disputes.
Outside of the office, Keaton enjoys staying active through sports, particularly soccer, as well as playing golf, travelling, and spending time in the kitchen cooking for family and friends.
