Jasroop Singh Billen

Jasroop is a dedicated advocate who focuses his practice on Wills and Estates, Real Estate, and both Civil and Estate Litigation. He helps clients make informed decisions by providing clear, practical advice while navigating some of life’s most important moments.

With a commitment to strategic, client-centered advocacy, Jasroop combines analytical rigor with a focus on high-quality results. He guides clients through comprehensive estate planning, estate administration, and contentious estate matters, and brings the same attention to detail to residential and commercial property acquisitions and asset and share purchases. Recognizing the importance of clear communication in complex legal matters, Jasroop offers legal services in both English and Punjabi.

Prior to joining Friedman Estate Litigation, Jasroop obtained his B.A. in Criminal Justice at Ryerson University and then earned his Juris Doctor from Windsor Law. He articled and practiced for several years at a boutique law firm in Brampton before joining Friedman Estate Litigation, where he continues to serve clients throughout Ontario.

Born and raised in England, Jasroop is a passionate supporter of Leeds United, an avid chess player, and enjoys all things sports, including football, Formula 1, and golf. He is also actively involved in many Toronto-based charities, including the Experience Sikhi organization.
