Jordan Korn is a partner at Friedman Estate Litigation Professional Corporation. He is a skilled and experienced litigator whose practice is focused exclusively on litigating estate, wills, trusts, capacity, and guardianship matters. Jordan is passionate about advocacy and about helping people. He brings a pragmatic, strategic, and deeply personal approach to every file he takes on.
Jordan obtained his Honours degree from Western University before earning his Juris Doctor from Western Law. Called to the Bar of Ontario in 2015, Jordan spent the early years of his career at respected boutique litigation firms in downtown Toronto, developing a strong foundation in civil litigation and courtroom advocacy. In 2019, he focused his practice exclusively on estate and capacity litigation and has since built a reputation as an effective and thoughtful advocate in this specialized area of law.
Jordan represents a wide range of clients including beneficiaries, estate trustees, widows, dependants, attorneys for property and personal care, and families in conflict in matters involving will challenges, contested guardianship applications, power of attorney disputes, capacity proceedings, trust disputes, and fiduciary matters. He has appeared extensively before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and various tribunals throughout Ontario.
Jordan has a particular depth of experience in contested and complex guardianship and power of attorney disputes, and is known for his ability to represent clients of all backgrounds and ages, including elderly and vulnerable individuals who deserve a fierce and compassionate advocate in their corner.

Jordan is deliberate and strategic in everything he does. Jordan is a member of STEP, the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners. He holds the globally recognized TEP designation, reflecting his expertise and commitment to the highest standards of practice in the trusts and estates field.
Jordan is an active contributor to the legal community and has been invited to speak at professional development seminars and conferences hosted by leading legal organizations across Ontario, presenting on topics within his areas of expertise.
Outside the office, Jordan spends as much time as he can with this spouse and young children. He is a lifelong snowboarder, an enthusiastic squash and pickleball player, and enjoys cooking for his family at home.
