As a passionate advocate, Cassandra thrives on providing exceptional service through the quality of her work and her compassionate demeanour. Cassandra’s goal is to find the most efficient and cooperative way to settle disputes that will leave her clients with a sense of finality.
Cassandra obtained her Honours B.A. in Criminal Justice and Public Policy from the University of Guelph and her J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School.
Cassandra summered and articled at an estate litigation boutique in Toronto before being called to the Bar of Ontario in 2020. She spent time practicing as an independent contractor running her own estate files and joined Friedman Estate Litigation in 2022. She has experience with estate planning, administration, and litigation relating to incapacity, will challenges, undue influence, power of attorney disputes, intestacy, predatory marriage, and more.
When she is not in the office, Cassandra spends time with her daughter and watches bad reality tv. She loves living in Barrie for the water and you can find her on the lakeshore in any season.
