Arthur is a meticulous and strategic advocate who approaches every matter with precision, empathy, and a results-driven mindset. He provides clients with clear and practical advice, emphasizing efficient and cost-effective solutions to complex legal problems.

Arthur represents clients in a wide range of civil and real-estate related litigation. In his real property litigation practice, Arthur acts for both individual and institutional clients in disputes involving co-ownership, title and boundary issues, and the enforcement of real estate contracts. Arthur also represents clients involved in estate disputes, including will challenges, contested passing of accounts applications, trust and power of attorney disputes, and guardianship matters.

Before joining Friedman Estate Litigation, Arthur practiced at a leading regional firm in downtown Toronto, where he developed extensive experience in commercial litigation, fraud and asset recovery, real property litigation, injunctive relief, and insolvency proceedings. He has also represented plaintiffs in complex medical malpractice actions, advocating for individuals who have suffered significant and life‑altering injuries. Arthur’s practice is further informed by his in‑house experience at a title insurance company, where he advised on coverage, risk, and claims strategy relating to title defects, mortgage fraud, priority disputes, and complex conveyancing issues. 

Arthur regularly appears before all levels of court in Ontario, including the Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, and the Court of Appeal.

Outside of his legal practice, Arthur enjoys playing basketball and following the latest research and discoveries in paleontology.
