Julia Bacci
Litigation Associate
Julia is an estate litigation lawyer who has been with the firm since May 2024, beginning as a Student-at-Law and then upon her call to the Ontario Bar in January 2026. Julia’s practice is focused exclusively on estate litigation, where she assists clients in all types of estate disputes including, but not limited to, navigating dependant support claims, will challenges, executor removal applications and power of attorney disputes.
Prior to her call to the bar, Julia earned a Bachelor of Business Administration, followed by an LL.B. from the University of Kent, in the United Kingdom.
Julia understands the emotional stress and personal challenges that often arise in estate litigation. She takes a compassionate yet pragmatic approach to every file, remaining determined in advancing her clients’ best interests while providing clear, thoughtful guidance throughout the litigation process.
Outside of the office, Julia enjoys spending time with her husband and son and making the most of the fresh air (except in the winter).
